Overcome your nerves and get off to a flying start with a Pre 17 driving course run by North Avon Driving Instructors Association (NADIA) in association with South Gloucestershire Council’s Road Safety Unit.
It’s a six week course, comprising six theory and six practical sessions.
The theory sessions take place on Thursday evenings from 6:45pm to around 8pm in the Yate Library. The practical sessions are great fun. They are located off road, and in total safety. You can choose to attend on either a Saturday or a Sunday morning.
All instructors are fully qualified for the practical sessions and only use cars equipped with dual-controls. You don’t need a provisional licence.
These courses are extremely popular, so book soon to get the course date you want.
The total cost of attending the course is £109. If you prefer, you can pay an initial deposit of £33 and pay the balance of £76 when you attend the first theory session. Cheques need
to be made payable to “NADIA” and will not be cashed until the course starts. You can alternatively pay by bank transfer if you prefer, please ask for details.
